Flexible Cancellation:
We understand that plans can change. That's why we allow you to cancel your appointment up until the day before it's scheduled. This flexibility is part of our commitment to accommodate your needs while also respecting the time of our staff and other clients.
Strike System for Same-Day Cancellations and No Shows:
Day-Of Cancellation or No Show: If you cancel on the day of your appointment or fail to show up, one strike will be added to your account.
Accumulating Strikes: Once your account accumulates three strikes, we will require a $25 deposit to keep on account until the end of your tattoo removal process.
Further Incidences: If there are additional no shows or late cancellations after the three-strike point, the $25 will be used as a fee, and you will need to add another deposit to your account.
